Playing with Turf Soccer

These terms explain bookings and participation in games organized through Turf Soccer. Every player must be at least 18 on the game date. Provide accurate player and booking information. For group bookings, share the game details and these terms with every player.

Bookings and payment

Prices are per player in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. The final total, including GST, is shown before payment. A place is confirmed only after successful payment; joining a waitlist does not reserve or purchase a place. Game times are shown in Edmonton time. Please arrive 15 minutes before kickoff.

Cancellations and refunds

For a player cancellation, contact us at least 48 hours before kickoff, including exactly 48 hours, to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled place, including tax. Later cancellations and missed games are not eligible under this standard policy, subject to any rights provided by law.

If United Sports cancels a game, paid bookings are eligible for a full refund, including tax. Refunds are processed manually to the original payment method; cancelling a game does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us with your booking email, booking reference, game date and the players being cancelled. Bank processing times may vary.

If a game is rescheduled, contact us if you cannot attend so we can arrange a full refund for the affected booking. Minimum attendance is reviewed 12 hours before kickoff. A low player count does not automatically cancel a game; check your booking and any organizer updates.

Safety and participation

Play at your own risk. Soccer involves physical activity, contact, falls and other risks of injury. Decide whether you are fit to participate, wear suitable indoor turf shoes and protective equipment, and follow venue rules and host instructions. Stop playing if you feel unwell or injured and tell the host about unsafe conditions. In an emergency, call 911.

Treat players, hosts and venue staff with respect. Dangerous play, harassment and discrimination are not acceptable. A host may stop play or remove a participant to protect safety. Look after your belongings.

This safety notice is not a signed liability waiver. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your information

We use account, booking, attendance, support and payment-reference information to operate games and respond to requests. Stripe processes card payments. Public rosters abbreviate player names; authorized organizers see the details needed to manage their games. Organizer profile and host photos may be displayed on the site. Contact us about access, corrections or other privacy questions.

Contact United Sports at [email protected] or use the contact form. Alberta law and applicable Canadian law govern these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Updates will be dated on this page; changes do not reduce the refund rights stated when an existing booking was made.
